Travelling to The Primary Care Show
Located bang in the middle of the UK’s motorway network, jumping in the car is the ideal way to get to the NEC.
You won’t even need to brave the elements. Direct services run all day, however if you’re travelling from further afield you may need to catch a connecting train at Birmingham New Street, which is less than a 15-minute journey away.
The best and safest way to get to us by your own steam is to use the shared cycle footpath route to Birmingham International Railway Station and then the NEC is a short walk from there, it should take you about 10 minutes.
Bus & Coach
From Birmingham Airport you can get to the NEC via the free air-rail link, which takes just 90 seconds and runs every two minutes.
Airports
Simply take the free and fast air-rail link to Birmingham International Railway Station located at the upper level of Terminal 1. The train runs every two minutes and only takes 90 seconds. When you arrive just head straight through to the NEC.

Head straight to the NEC main lost property area in the Security Office in the Piazza between Subway and Hall 1. There’s also a smaller Security Office in the Atrium near Hall 6. Once the show’s over all lost property is moved to the Piazza Security Office, so give them a call on 0121 767 3883 and they’ll do their best to help.
If you have low battery charge on your smart phone, use one of the secure charging units in the Piazza and Atrium. Compatible with most major models, charging costs £2.00 for up to 60 minutes and £4.00 for 60+ minutes. Please note, the charging units accept contactless payment only and include the following charging leads: Lightning cable, Micro USB, USB Type-C.
