Dr Tim Cunliffe

Dr Tim Cunliffe has a portfolio carer working as a GP and GPwER in Dermatology & Skin Surgery. Tim now works as the Skin Cancer Lead for the Department of Dermatology in Tees NHS Foundation Trust, which serves a large population across Teesside and North Yorkshire.  

Tim has played in key role in upskilling Primary Care in Dermatology over the past two decades; he is a recognised nationally as one of the leading speakers in dermoscopy, is the author of www.pcds.org.uk, and was a former Executive Chair of the Primary Care Dermatology Society.  

Tim has worked on several national dermatology projects including helping develop the program for the National Accreditation of Dermatology GPwERs along with colleagues from the RCGP and British Association of Dermatologists. 

At a personal level, Tim has two children, Madeleine and Jacob, and has many outside interests including supporting Leeds United, skiing, the great outdoors and has his own travel / conservation blog www.aworldonthebrink.com.
