I joined MPFT in 2018, and currently work as MSK lead for the Podiatry team in South Staffordshire. Having been involved in biomechanics for a number of years, I completed an MSc in Clinical Biomechanics through Staffordshire University in 2020. Since then my primary focus has been working with our wound care specialists to develop and implement collaborative working on our high risk patients, including offloading and prevention, and have expanded this set up across our region. I have a particular interest in workplace MSK health and staff retention. Having had previous research published on this topic I am now working with the Royal College to further expand on this to improve conditions, guidance and education for our members.
