Ren is an Independent Nurse Consultant and Advanced Clinical Practitioner with extensive experience in advanced and complex practice, both in primary and secondary care across the age range. She is a Respiratory Nurse Specialist with a focus on asthma and COPD. Ren works as the academic tutor and advanced practice lead for the South East London Workforce Development Hub. She is the Vice Chair on the Executive Committee and Chair on the Education Committee at PCRS and a Project Advisor for the IPCRG (International Primary Care Respiratory Group). She is the Director of independent training provider The Good Practitioner.
