Ash James is the current Director of Practice and Development at the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. He is a physiotherapist by background with clinical experience across both the private and public sector, as well having worked in both leadership and education roles. He has a passion for improving access to care for those that need it, to address health inequalities and the changing demographics of the UK population. In his current role he has the remit to aid the transformation of primary and community care for physiotherapy whilst moving the training and curriculum in the right direction so physio's can provide the care populations need.
