Amanda Crundall
Amanda is a well-established senior heart failure clinician, her experience in heart failure services, direct patient care, clinical audit and research background spans over 23 years. Amanda has a broad experience working as a heart failure nurse and manager working across Bradford, Doncaster, Hull and East Yorkshire. She has been instrumental in service changes and design and remains passionate about improving heart failure care Amanda is a proactive educator and has strong background and reputation for designing and delivering heart failure programmes During 2017, then 2019 she conducted HF audits in general practice. The 2019/20 audit at the Market Weighton Practice, progressed to a novel primary care heart failure clinic. This project won the General Practice Awards Amanda has been working across the Tees Valley ICB region completing several clinical audit and therapeutic review services. The success of the project has led to being a finalist in the Health Service Journal Awards 2024.
